the head/hair and is an alternative to wearing hats or barrettes
to a variety occasions. These elaborate headpieces can be
found in a variety of shapes and colors and are generally made out of
a combination of feathers, beads, flowers and netting. Women who wear such accessories tend to be those that could also be called fascinator, or one who fascinates.
